This is a traditional Italian favorite, casserole style.  We begin with our al dente rigatoni noodles and combine it with our hearty meat sauce.  Once the two are mixed well, we top it with whole milk mozzarella and bake it until golden brown.  The baked rigatoni is accompanied with your choice of salad and our homemade bread-sticks.
