Another signature sandwich that begins on our artisan ciabatta bread that we add a calabria pepper spread and top it with mortadello, Genoa salami, prosciutto, capacolla, crispy pancetta, and provolone cheese.  Out of the oven, we top it with Romaine lettuce, red onions, and roma tomatoes.  A spicy and filling sandwich.  The lunch box includes condiments, a pickle, and a bag of chips.
